Simple
in design, few moving parts, proven over years of operation.
This is Hydrovane! With its Meehanite cast iron blades it
can run over 100,000 hours. There are no thrust loads to the
bearings. Only radial loads that are handled by the white
metal sleeve bearings that are designed to last the life of
the compressor. The most advanced designs are always the simplest!
This state-of-the-art air end is direct coupled to the motor,
no belts or speed-up gears to service. Slow moving 1760 RPM
for long life. Again, simplicity!
CONTROLS
Control pressure is managed hydraulically. The inlet valve
only opens as much as needed then "floats" with your workload.
COMPACT
The air end, air/oil separator, oil filter, pressure gauge,
air aftercooler, and oil cooler are integrated into a common
encapsulated unit. Because of this, the entire compressor
package is small and compact.
