The Walkthrough
Using a system approach analysis combined with our tools and software we, can quickly evaluate the cost and efficiency of a compressed air system, compare multiple compressor alternatives and calculate investment paybacks on energy saved. This is an ideal tool for a system walk-through assessment as defined by the Compressed Air Challenge / DOE or to evaluate multiple alternatives after a full audit or assessment.
The Assessment
Provides you with a real-time assessment of your company’s compressed air usage. Our EQ System takes power and pressure readings as inputs then calculates the true flow output, automatically generating a report which graphs system parameters, including air flow. We can determine low production waste and leak rates, inappropriate compressed air usage and all of this is completed without any plant production interruptions. The requirements defined by the Compressed Air Challenge and DOE.
The Audit
Combines the first patented data logging system specifically designed to meet the comprehensive requirements of today’s complex compressed air systems. Quincy has developed this system over many years and through all sizes of compressed air audits in the field. From the smallest and easiest systems to the largest multiple microprocessor and centrally controlled systems our trained auditors can provide the highest, most advanced level in compressed air system analysis available today. Our auditors work with you to understand your needs even going beyond the requirements defined by the Compressed Air Challenge and DOE.
Contact Comp-Air Service now for a site assessment or audit, and start realizing savings immediately. We can reduce your energy consumption in many ways and first we attempt to find the easiest and most simple, typically overlooked areas that can save you operating dollars without even spending any of your capital budget dollars.
Self Assessment
NEW! We now offer the tools you need to perform a plant walkthrough yourself. The assessment will enable you to estimate your current air system costs, as well as your cost reduction potential. Click here to get started with a self assessment.
